THE ARDCO WARRANTY

WARRANTY - Leer warrants original purchaser that panels are free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten years. Original equipment components (hardware, electrical items, refrigeration and accessories) are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. A four-year extended motor compressor warranty is also available.

N.S.F. LISTED - All walk-in coolers and freezers are constructed to meet rigid standards outlined in National Sanitation Foundation No. 7. The N.S.F. label is attached to interior door panel.

U.L. LISTED - The door and door panel is listed by Underwriters Laboratory. The UL label is attached to interior door panel.

Material and product improvement is a continuous commitment for the Engineering Department at Leer Manufacturing. These specifications are subject to modification and/or change without notice.

THE ARDCO WARRANTY

Ardco guarantees its Products against defects in materials and workmanship for fifteen (15) months from the date of manufacture. In addition, Ardco guarantees against condensation between the lites of all its insulating glass for ten (10) years from the date of manufacture and against glass breakage of its safety glass units for three (3) years from the date of manufacture.

This guarantee on any replacement runs for the unexpired term of the original warranty.

This guarantee extends only to the original purchaser of new Products purchased directly from Ardco, its authorized distributors or dealers.

This guarantee does not apply to any product which is:

• A. Repaired or altered without Ardco's knowledge and consent: or
• B. Operated or installed contrary to Ardco's instructions; or
• C. Misused, abused, maintained improperly or damaged through accident or negligence.

Claim Procedure Contact Ardco's Product Service Department with the product model and serial number. The Service Department at that time will provide written authority either to return or field-scrap the defective part. All returns must be freight prepaid. A replacement part will be invoiced and shipped F.O.B. Ardco's plant as soon as possible. Upon Ardco's receipt of the defective part or serial plate, guarantee status will be verified and an appropriate credit issued.

Exclusion of Implied Warranties ARDCO MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THE GUARANTEE SET FORTH ABOVE, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXCLUDED. NO REPRESENTATIVE OF ARDCO HAS AUTHORITY TO ENLARGE OR ALTER THIS GUARANTEE.

Exclusion of Damages Ardco's liability for any defective Product shall be limited to repair or replacement, at Ardco's option. ARDCO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM PRODUCT DEFECTS, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE.
