The DisplayRite Area
Ardco DisplayRite ( also known as CoolRite and FreezeRite ) display doors have their own proprietary parts. We have provided the parts book below. After a merge with Anthony International, many Ardco and DisplayRite parts are being replaced with either an Anthony Part Number, or in some cases a new part and part number. Such is the case for most Ardco ( including DisplayRite ) ballasts. We have put together this form that you can fill out with the information we will need to locate the part you require for these circumstances. It is a form for ballasts but as you will see it's the lighting information, the door assembly information and your contact information we need and this form asks for all of that. You can either fax them in to 419-732-6840, or simply read the form and email the information we require. It is of utmost importance for you to include as much of the information we request as you can. This will save a lot of time and phone calls, enabling you to get your parts fast and get your products back on display. If you require 2nd Day Air, make sure you let us know!
Some things to consider when shopping for glass display door parts.
To ensure the correct parts arrive, you must provide the model number off of the trim frame that surrounds your door line-up. Not the frame around the door glass, the big outer frame that the doors sit into. A DisplayRite model number should tell you the door size and then -C,-F or -S. ( i.e. 3072-F, 3079-C, 2663-S )
Also include what side your door hinge is on.
When you have this information, open the DisplayRite Parts Book and locate the name of the part you need.
Understand you may receive a part that is slightly different in appearance or size then the one you are replacing. This is due to the age of your doors and a merger between Anthony International and Ardco. The parts you receive, should you provide the full and proper information initially, are the manufacturer recommended parts for your specific application. Sometimes modifications are necessary. ( This is more common with lighting parts. )
